It's always possible. Having the Yankees and Red Sox in our division is a big obstacle to start with, but if the Rays can be competitive and get to some post seasons there's no reason we can't ... Unless we have incompetent management making decisions. Our margin for error isn't big... Our ownership isn't a fan of taking major risks and I don't think likes paying to makes mistakes go away.
Yes. It's early. But the Jays will be picking early in the 2020 draft. That's one of the few good things that will come out of this season

Just speculation, but rumblings are that Brown will sign an above slot deal...and the thought is that Clarke will sign too once the CWS is done.
