  1. Forgot Sheffield, but I think he is a Yankee. Craig is a beast, as is Thaiss (Schwarber lite). The other are kinda meh.
  2. The corners are just the same as CF but with less ground to cover and less balls hit to you. Arm doesn't matter, everyone would be better in the corner. What they really mean with Lewis is that he just isn't fast enough for CF.
  3. Possible Jays Picks: Cal Quantrill, RHP, JR Joey Wentz, LHP, HS Forrest Whitley, RHP, HS Will Craig, 3B, JR Bryan Reynolds, OF, JR Matt Thaiss, C, JR Zack Burdi, RHP, JR (Reliever) Gavin Lux, SS, HS Zack Collins, C, JR Connor Jones, RHP, JR My guess is we go with a college bat, but it could be any of these guys I think. Of course we have no idea what Atkins and co. will want to do.
  4. Wildcards - Manning has a talented arm and has been pitching as a reliever for his HS team, but projects as a potential ace long term. He is seeking $4.5M as a signing bonus in order to forgo college. The Padres at 8 are a possibility since they have a large bonus pool with 3 first round picks. - Cal Quantrill is over 14 months removed from TJ but has not resumed throwing in games pre draft and some feel he has a deal already in place (Padres (8)? Jays (21)?).
  5. Current MLB Top 200: http://m.mlb.com/prospects/2016/?list=draft
  6. I support puns of all shapes and sizes, min to max.
  7. You could pick any guys in any order after Osuna and you wouldnt really be wrong. CL Osuna RHR Floyd, Storen, Chavez, Grilli, Biagini LOOGY Loup That pen actually looks very good and very deep.
  8. Huh? Chavez and Floyd are in the pen and can start games at some point (Chavez more likely). Even Biagini could go a few innings every 5 days. We would have to see like 3 injuries to see Diamond or LeBlanc for more than a spot start.
  9. WAR yes. The raw FIP number you see does not. FIP- does.
  10. Lol at Dickey's tits. Travis for Revere and Osuna/Estrada for Price.
  11. Rios with an off start. 6 IP, 5 H, 1 R, 4 BB, 3 K.
  12. They never announce it is usually never over 100k.
  13. DRS vs. UZR and OPS+ vs. wRC+.
  14. His projections say he is good so why not?
  15. Well Chavez is still able to join the rotation as well as Hutch.
  16. Wat? Doolittle is experiencing career high velo an whiff rate. Also on an amazing contract. Hes a stud.
  17. Martin's K% was 21.1% in May.
  18. Probably should have started in AAA. Not sure whats going on there. Might be better than Tepera.
  19. Really not sure. Maybe just as a favour to Grilli and to create positive rapport with us.
