    A few situations where an IBB makes sense: - bot of 9th, tie game and runner at 3rd (any outs). With a runner on second as well its not a good idea unless the next batter is bad and doesnt usually walk and your pitcher has a low walk rate. - when the next batter literally cant hit (some pitchers) - nothing else

    Bottom 3 = 21. Saying bottom 3 is misleading. Crop at top is kinda meh compared to last year but still some intriguing guys. Of course we'll land someone intriguing. I'm hoping for Quantrill, Wentz, Whitley, Sheffield, Craig, or Thaiss.
