    I don't think the majority of fans have any hard feelings for him, and it doesn't hurt that he's Canadian. If I was at the game I would stand up and give him a nice welcome back.

    I was 12 and 13 when they won their WS and I remember it well. Feel lucky to have just been old enough to really start getting into sports. The first games I went to at SkyDome were in September 1993. Good times.

    My great-grandmother lived to be 98, lost her just before my 21st birthday.

    That's great man. I'm 35 and lost all my grandparents by the time I was 33 and they were only in their 70's when they died, so not that unbelievable that Hawkins would still have grandparents at 42.

    I've never seen someone else's success bother people so much in my life. I don't care what anyone says, if it wasn't a team from Canada it wouldn't bother them nearly as much. Anything Canadian belongs in the gutter, and they can't stand for it to be any other way.
