    Actually Colabello's career minor league and major league splits show he hits lefties just as well as righties.

    I thought this board believe in advanced stats over ERA? Sure, Drew's been been inconsistent but his FIP/xFIP says he's been significantly better than any of our other starters. This is the part where you tell me Buehrle is a guy that always performs better than his peripherals and Drew has been a guy that has underperformed but there's got to me some regression here.     Bad post or not, no reason to scream "mods". Sure, I'd ban RA and a few others out of spite if I was a mod but I'm probably not a reasonable man.

    The All Star break is in 4 days... no players should have been rested today when they're all going to get 4 days anyway.

    There are optimal times to rest players and not rest players. Gibbons chooses to do it more frequently then other managers. There was especially no reason to rest Edwin, we all know he just wanted to get Navarro in the line-up. Martin's been rested too much for the same reason.

    That's a simplistic response. Today's line-up was significantly degraded because of Gibbons.
