  1. He was with the Indians for ST last year.
  2. The fact that he wanted to remove it regardless of situation tells me he doesn't care about arthritis 10+ years from now. There would have been no guarantee that it wouldn't tear again after repairing it either, so I can understand why he would have elected to remove it. He is 28 and wants to play, win, and make money. Missing another half of a prime season would suck for him.
  3. Super human means coming back before your arbitrary recovery time? Phase III of rehabilitation is generally 3 months after surgery, so if he were to undergo surgery right now that will take him to late May. The All-Star game is mid July.
  4. Regular recovery time or Derrick Rose recovery time?
  5. Kluber repeats/Tribe have best pitching staff of 2015 Mookie becomes a top 3 CF Syndergaard, Glasnow, Hunter Harvey undergo tommy john surgery Saunders has an Alex Gordon ascent O's finish last in the division Abreu underachieves, has a 120 wRC+ Tulo plays 140+ games Osuna becomes a consensus top 30 prospect
  6. Welcome to the Stro show
  7. It likely won't be an amazing pool but I'd love to see Orimoloye at our 1st selection.
  8. Pentecost centre, SRF 2nd from right, McBroom(?) in front of SRF
  9. Yeah it's a pretty common knee injury, kinda like removing bone spurs from the elbow. I was walking ~2 weeks after surgery but the rehab lasted around 3 weeks to get the strength back. That's true. I'm actually surprised he still has cartilage in his knees.
  10. Recovery time is like a month, month and a half.
  11. For sure but I still think he'll be the best Jays starter. I could see a season like Gray put up last year.
  12. He can adjust though. He's got like 6 average or better pitches to work with.
  13. Oh wow. He put Tirado in the top 10.
  14. What does Law's top 10 look like? Nicholson-Smith is saying Castro in at 4 ahead of Hoffman and Pentecost.
  15. But the guys that went top 3 are listed in Klaw's top 100, in the same order.
  16. Belisario offers considerable value pitching against right handed batters.
  17. How is Castro's change up?
  18. I believe Nay was dealing with an oblique injury throughout the season too.
  19. I really like Petit but is Lincecum much better at this stage in his career? He might be better served in the bullpen.
  20. Vogelsong signed with the giants btw
  21. The Lansing Three would have been a year later no? Unless you're just referring to those three guys and not the season they all shared at one point. Still I wasn't around Jays message boards of the past so I wouldn't know the perception but I would have thought Alvarez had the most exposure and hype that year with coming up and being pretty successful.
  22. I guess I gotta like Calvert County because Cecil is from there
  23. He probably knew beforehand that he could potentially be pushed aside. Money is money.
