I wouldn't even know how it would work in this situation. Let's say a plea bargain would forfeit Hoffman. Is that actually lighter than fighting the tampering charges? If they were found guilty, how much could they realistically owe?
It reads 71 there but I remember Kiley McDaniel mention that Norris' CB sits around 74-76. I doubt it's at the level of his FB and slider but his curve and change so far seem to be getting mixed reviews from scouts and so I don't really know what to believe. Some say plus, others say fringy.
That would be the difference between a regular CEO (Beeston) and a President of Baseball Operations (Epstein, Friedman). Sure, you can promote whoever you want, but there are guys that provide a more positive impact on the field.
