  1. Paraphrasing A-Rod in the postgame: "We were in the green room and even we couldn't figure how which pitch Yesavage was throwing."
  2. Gotta see the advanced stats on Yesavage’s outing tonight. His stuff+ must’ve been nuts.
  3. Yesavage, that was legendary. That is all. So was the B2B home runs to begin the game.
  4. I like the change in mentality between game 1 where they were hunting the change-up because he wasn't locating his fastball. You know he's going to try to locate the fastball this time, so hunt it instead.
  5. I literally cannot stand this manager in high pressure situations.
  6. The Heineman thing I can sort of understand because I think Kirk might've hurt himself minorly.
  7. Also the umpire's inconsistent high strike zone all night was maddening.
  8. But you have to learn when not to do that and when to make the change. That's what being a good manager is. Keeping Dominguez in way too long was another thing that didn't quite blow up in his face.
  9. The Barger decision was one as baffling as Dan Wilson opting to use Bazardo over Munoz in the ALCS.
  10. Well that and pitching to Ohtani after his first two PAs.
  11. It was, but JS' decisions prevented a competitive lineup from being fielded for more than half of it.
  12. We have gotten screwed by this umpire in far, far too many cases tonight. This is including several pretty good PAs.
  13. Yeah I can't help but think that, especially Barger. Kirk might have tweaked something so that makes sense.
