    Pen is shaky because of Cecil and Storen. Chavez and Floyd are good. Osuna is excellent. And no, Sanchez should stay in the rotation. Being a reliever is very different than being a starter- there's no guarantee that he will be as good in the pen as he is as a starter. So I'd rather keep him as a very good starter.
