The IFA scouting and development has been good. But also the domestic draft hasn’t really churned out too many notable names aside from Tiedemann. The farm felt deeper in years past, at one point a clear top 5 system in baseball. Then the team started contending and buying at the deadlines, and kids started graduating compared to a few years back.
There’s only a handful of teams that continue to win and still frequently produce MLB regulars with deep farms like the Dodgers, Cardinals, Rays, etc.
