    ALDS Rotation? Game 1 Price Game 2 Dickey Day off Game 3 Stroman Game 4 Price Game 5 Dickey Idea being Estrada is long man in BP in the event either Dickey or Price struggle on short rest, don't need Hutch or Buehrle and can have an extra bench option in Carerra or Kawasaki.

    It'll definitely be strange if the Jays win game #1 though a likely 1 drink wonder Kawasaki would definitely be the highlight of Game #2.

    Buehrle Friday and if he needs another 2 or 3 innings Sunday Gibby will put him in.

    I wouldn't like Cecil as a closer, even if he seems to be the right guy. The flexibility and confidence he has when dropped in to any high leverage situation at any point in the game is where he's most valuable imo. He's the most versatile pitcher out of the pen and arguably harder to replace than finding a closer who 2/3rds of the time is not facing the meat of the order.

    If we can pitch Price & Dickey on short rest I'd go with a 3 man rotation and Estrada in the BP for the ALDS.

    Martin needs no rest in the post season, there is a day off for every series and off days between them not to mention he's about to get 4 months off. You still need a backup catcher though and Navarro is certainly the best choice. For the ALDS I would leave Buehrle off the roster, that's a wasted bench spot for late inning speed like Pompey or another back up infielder in Kawasaki when they pinch for Pennington and Goins with Smoak/Colabello or Navarro.
