With a BP like this we should have a much lower team era

k... Gibbons need to be fired. Showalter pulls the trigger when his pitcher gives up three and looks rattled. Gibbons leaves him in to walk 2 and hit one and fluke his way out of an inning. Then brings him back for the next inning. He gets in his head that hes going to get X from a certain pitcher or going to manage the BP with a pre-game plan without ever adapting to the changing circumstances.
