  1. They added a few tiers already this year. I think once they renovate the stadium you would see an overhaul. If they're replacing all the seats and adding/subtracting sections in a few years not much point in doing it. I'm not sure the changes (prices) would be fan friendly though. All that ends up happening is price increases in the first few rows as they aren't going to decrease prices.
  2. Lol went to the Outback Steakhouse in Dunedin the other day and Ryan Goins was sitting a few down stools down from us. Guy isn't the smartest tool in the shed.
  3. Took Park. Sorry in Florida and barely have time to go onto the computer.
  4. For sure. I think Mexico City would be a super longshot anyway. 3rd Team in NY makes more sense than any of the other cities including Montreal imo
  5. Hitters. Mexico City is at an even higher altitude than Coors. The hitting stats would be insane.
  6. They have dynamic pricing so the prices go up based on demand and inventory minute to minute. Basically the prices went up a ton because tickets were going fast for that game.
  7. Gruber's salty tears when Stroman has the best season of a Blue Jays pitcher.
  8. I went on today and looked at buying a few. I have the Rogers Mastercard so I thought I'd give it a try. Turns out the prices went up like 25% in half an hour so you were actually better off buying earlier with the extra 15% since they use the dynamic pricing. I had 2 seats 8 rows from the Jays dugout and they were going to cost $488 which was I thought was crazy. My card didn't work since I didn't have the credit space available, so I tried again and the damn tickets were $713!
  9. I'd be pissed if that were true. Cousins is so much better and would have made them a championship contender something Ibaka doesn't do.
  10. Yeah demand is certainly high. I mean that mastercard presale with the extra 15% is such a scam but when you have that much demand you can pull it off.
  11. I bought some Group Tickets for the Saturday game but they are quite expensive. The Bleacher seats worked out to like $135 CDN each.
  12. I'm really excited to watch Tulo play this year, not sure why exactly but just something about it. Seems more confident and his numbers last year were unlucky so will be intriguing to see if he can get back to being a 4-5 WAR player.
  13. Isn't he already married
  14. My guess is the fear of people stop buying tickets. If they announce Donaldson has a calf tear then everyone freaks out and thinks the season is over.
  15. Apparently SAC really wanted Heild. Grange on twitter made it sound like the Raps really didn't try though. I'm really surprised Boston didn't get him considering all the young talent they have.
  16. Well technically a tear is a strain and if he is limping around as badly as they were saying that would hold some truth to it. I just hate how the org. always hides injuries. Everytime, Gibby "Yeah its just a mild injury thing we think he will be out a day or 2 then back on his feet" *3 weeks pass* Like that was exactly the Tulo injury last year.
  17. Wonder what the Raps offered. Seems light but I guess that 1st in the stacked draft is worth a ton to them.
  18. I like how this team always says "mild" when referring to injuries. Always seems to turn into a week to week thing. Given the wording of "should be ready to start the season" that sounds concerning since that is 6 weeks from now.
  19. If they're going to put a Billion dollars into the stadium then I'm pretty excited to see what it will look like. Thats more than a brand new stadium costs. Wonder if Rogers will try to scam taxpayers. I can't see anyway where they get $ from them. Maybe if they built a new stadium on city owned property but not when they bought the building for pennies.
  20. Pretty swesome, l read an interview with Tulo yesterday and he said he remembered Bo hitting at the Rockies facility as a 10 year old and how its cool that he's in the same org. now. Also said he always has time to help out younger players which I thought was pretty remarkable given his superstar status.
  21. You make it sound like a negative. I hate when I hear so and so has a "long swing". You know who else has a long swing? Josh Donaldson. Long swings with the correct bat path and good bat speed means more power. Bichette seems to understand hitting mechanics which is a big advantage. I want a hitter hitting flyballs not groundballs which is what that "quick to the ball, chopping wood" swing gets you. Instagram WWW.INSTAGRAM.COM
  22. I love his bat path. The hands are still a little weird during his load but he definitely seems to have the ability to make adjustments given what his swing was before.
  23. Always wondered if you buy a half price ticket for a kid, will they actually check ID? Couldn't you just have 2 adults walk in lol.
