  1. Girardi, Daley, Markov, Goligoski, Stuart all avaliable.
  2. Andrei Markov and Alex Tanguay are on the Trade block. Send me a PM if interested. Also would trade most of my Dmen for little in return.
  3. Reyes is an awful SS this has to be expected. Team is going to lose a few because of his defense.
  4. Now probably isn't the time to be making these threads. Jays pen has been alright and I doubt Matt West is better than what they currently have Phil Coke aside.
  5. To be fair Loup was bad. He seems to have a knack for hitting batters in the worst situations.
  6. If Navarro's hit was 3 feet to the left he would of been the hero that won them the game.
  7. Those are games you just have to win. Gonna look back at the end of the season and all of these games they should have won will come back to haunt them.
  8. People have been really critical of AA but he's actually done a good job with depth position players. Carrera, Collabello, Goins and even Pillar (I think he's too good to be included in this group) have contributed positive value when injuries hit. Heck, the Smoak singing was a great signing as well for only a million bucks.
  9. The lack of fastball might catch up with him though. He probably gives up a few more HR because of it but he still is a great pitcher.
  10. Its been documented that the Jays have been looking for a starter by the media. With Sanchez injury it became even more obvious.
  11. Amazing to look at how he ditched the slider and started throwing a changeup and is getting the same great results even though he's lost 4 MPH off the fastball.
  12. I think the Jays know the needs of the rotation and will address it before the deadline. If they can get an upgrade at the back end of the pen now though there is no reason not to.
  13. Guessing Gibby saw Navarro's two hard hit balls to CF and thinks he's going to get hot.
  14. All things equal including salary I'd take papelbon. But if the cost of prospects is lower I'll take Krod. He makes way less money and is still getting great results even though he has lost some velocity. Gets a ton of whiffs on his changeup.
  15. That or Carrera in LF with Collabello at 1B and Edwin DH. Orioles have a ton of RH hitters and facing Buehrle will probably pull a lot of pitches. Need defense in LF.
  16. I hate it. He's been terrible this year and doesn't deserve the playing time when there are much better players on the team.
  17. Don't like the lineup. With Buehrle pitching you want the best defense on the field. If EE is at 1st, than you have to have Carrera in LF and Collabello at DH.
  18. Navarro at DH today. they have to be trying to showcase him as there is no other reason to have him in the lineup. Smoak is the better hitter and fielder.
  19. you said how are steroids different than doctoring a baseball. I have no problems with anyone hating on Arod for what he did. The dude has lied so many times its ridiculous.
  20. This post literally sounds like it is from a robot.
  21. Well im sure they would listen to offers like any other team. But its comparable to Bautista in 2011 in that you won't get his full value back in a trade because he is so good and on such a great contract. If your the Jays and you offer Sanchez, Norris, Hoffman, Pompey and Pentecost that likely still isn't enough to land Sale. I don't think a team would ever deplete their farm system like that anyway.
  22. He seems like the best choice, contract aside. Doesn't walk guys and throws a lot of strikes (maybe almost too many strikes at times). Gets groundballs which is huge at RC. He's almost like Jansen with better stuff. I think I'd much rather him than Delabar.
  23. Thats why I typed 30-75.. Its still a steal of a pick at that price no matter how you slice it metafour. Btw BA had him at 41. Kiley in the 70s. Thats right where my range was.
