Will your stance on a person change? If AA made a whole bunch of great moves (which seems like he did) will you come around on that person? Neil Huntington with the Pirates seemed like he wasn't a good GM early on but now he is among the best in the game. I don't think you should let a GM stand in the way of cheering for a team.
When you watch the games you are watching a game of baseball. The Jays have some of the most talented and likeable players in MLB even if I didn't believe in the GM I'm still going to cheer for a team with all of these players because honestly its just a really fun team to watch.

I think a Carlos Martinez path is the best case you could hope for with moving Osuna to the rotation. I'd be fine with him being the closer though. Jays need to add at least 1 SP and probably 2. An under the radar guy who I think would be a great fit is Brett Anderson. He seems like a smart guy so maybe he'd see the value of his GB rate on the turf and this infield defense.
