Yea the Yankees blow pass the jays by the time you get to 2000 but I guess It's a bit arbitrary. The jays just can't pitch worth s***, even in 1993 they were god awful and needed one of the greatest lineups in history to drag their asses into the playoffs

I have a crazy theory that its impossible to have a successful career in the dome unless your one of the greatest pitchers of all time (Halladay, Clemens). There just seems to be something weird going on here. Since I was born only 3 starting pitchers have had more then two years of sub 4.00 era's in the dome, Halladay, Hentgen, and guzman. I'm going to go out on a limb and say that's the lowest of any team in the majors over that stretch.

Its hilarious but Jesse litch is one of a very few to post multiple sub 4.00 era's in rogers center history.

see the thing with Boston is every single thing went right. I mean if what happened to the redsox happened to the jays this year Morrow would pitch 32 games along with Romero and McGowan all with sub 3.5 era's and our position players would stay healthy. If I had a dollar for everything that went right for the red sox last year I would be able to afford to get drunk off skydome beers.
