    That sounds about right to me. Good thing about KK is maybe you go to the trade market for more of a on the cusp CF of the future, and then you have good OF coverage. Really need a good cheap option out there as Springer gets into the later years of his contract.

Schilling to a lesser degree, but absolutely. This retroactive and woke process being applied to the hall of fame is a joke. Either get rid of the garbage that's already in there or shut up and put the best players in there. All half measures.

    Shoemaker looked fantastic live, got ahead of virtually every hitter. I'm pretty bullish on him being our 2nd best pitcher if he can stay healthy. Kirk is an absolute specimen.

    I'll do as I do must offseasons and vouch for Jarrod Dyson. Can be had on a likely 1 year deal. Gives us another lefty bat, improves team speed and can backup Pillar in CF. Platoon him with any of Pearce, Pillar or Teoscar. Spend some money on a 5th starter like Lance Lynn. I'd probably try to upgrade backup C too. It's not sexy but I'm fine with having the kids in the OF not being blocked. If you've got an OF defense of Pillar and Dyson, you can probably afford to have Pearce as the 3rd member out there.

    Not particularly interested in Blackmon...Coors inflates his #'s and he's on the wrong-side of 30. Good player, but no way I deal Stroman and his superior control for him. I'd consider Happ or something to that effect. I've asked once, but what would it take to get Dyson? Gives us elite defense, adds to team speed and doesn't handcuff us with a long-term. Cheap contract that frees us up to fill the other OF spot. Does McGuire, Zeuch or Pentecost get it done? Or are any of them too much? With Soler in the fold I'd be surprised if they don't move him.

    What would we need to acquire Dyson? His defense, speed and ability to make contact would be a welcome addition for a fraction of the cost of Fowler (who I'd definitely like to get). But no draft pick attached, and current and future financial flexibility. Could even bring JBau back with the savings and put him in LF. With Pillar and Dyson in the OF we'd probably survive defensively. 1. Dyson, RF 2. Donaldson, 3B 3. Bautista, LF 4. Morales, DH 5. Tulowitzki, SS 6. Pearce, 1B 7. Martin, C 8. Travis, 2B 9. Pillar, CF Now Fowler and Dyson could be worked in the budget... 1. Fowler, RF 2. Donaldson,3B 3. Morales, DH 4. Tulo, SS 5. Travis, 2B 6. Pearce, 1B 7. Dyson, LF 8. Martin, C 9. Pillar, CF Elite defensive team, better balance in the lineup.

    Steve Pearce, Jon Jay and Reddick would be ideal to round out this lineup. Honestly would be fine with just Pearce and Jay and rounding out the bullpen.

Ezequiel Carrera, LF If Fowler is a pipe dream, maybe Jon Jay and Josh Reddick? Maybe you could go Holliday at DH with that many lefties. Kind of like the balance of that lineup tho.

    That's what I had him pegged at too. He's one of the few guys I'd give up a draft pick for. Fits the team like a glove.

    I really like the detail for sure. Obviously not much of a poster here, really just like the offseason discussion. I'm a big fantasy guy, but the baseball season can be a little long to stay on top of all year haha. Just hard to get into a league with people that dedicated and at that depth so definitely find it interesting. If you guys had any trouble getting a regular in I'd definitely consider it but doubt you guys will have any issues.
