    Let's be perfectly honest, SSS or not, he's been more than good... he's been exceptional + flawless defensively. What's even more special is that he's probably never played on turf before and he's adapted instantly (FU Bonifacio).

    The reason Goins seems good is because he's been absolutely flawless at 2B and we haven't seen that all year. His crazy high BABIP may be helping his case as well.

    That's unlikely though. They don't play the same defensive positions and I can't really see Rajai DH'ing often and I don't don't want to see Lind playing LF. But I suppose they really could both DH... now that I think of it, that actually seems pretty good with EE being full-time 1B.

    I understand Goins will probably never amount to anything based on his historically poor minor league offensive stats. But by that same token, Izturis who sucked this year, is normally a pretty decent ball player. If anything Izturis is a good bench option.
