I was the same but I found a good way to mix in your veggies is with a smoothie. Put in kale, spinach, leek, celery, carrots, or what ever you'd like and then put in some frozen fruits like mixed berries, mango, banana, pineapple. Put in some Greek yogurt, almond milk, flex seeds, macha powder and what ever to balance the flavor/texture. Its comes out pretty good and don't taste the veggies as much.
