Anyways, I'm pretty nervous that Kansas City is struggling so much lately, it's going to ruin our chances to face Texas in the playoffs, there's no way the Yankees lose the WC and I'm scared of facing them.

    Mikie Mahtook legitimately looks worse than Colabello out there. I think most people in their living room could tell that the ball was hit a lot harder than he anticipated.

    Elite fastball without command, average-plus curve depending on whether he locates it or not, average changeup and the cutter shows some promise. Let's not act like one solid inning of work is enough to offset all of the awful that he was as a starter.

    He comes off as pretty likable to me. According to our very own Dr. Dinger, who casually ran into him on the street, he's a very humble guy. Also, he went from 32nd round to having a 4-win season in his second full-year, while being in consideration for the Gold Glove. He's allowed to be a bit cocky.

    It's been discussed to death the fact that at worst we get one less home game if we go all the way. We have home field for the ALDS and WS, and the Royals aren't exactly lighting the world on fire.
