  1. I don't think it was 0-2.
  2. Archer is excellent, Smyly is good and Oddorizi is also good.

  4. Martin wanted high and inside, Sanchez threw middle in. Not really the catcher's fault.
  5. The changeup looks much better than the curveball to be honest.
  6. It's almost like it's the third game of the season against a good pitching staff or something.
  7. Oddorizi clearly is deceptive enough that he can get by at 90-92 mph with his fastball, he also has an excellent changeup which messes with a hitter's timing. Kind of similar to Estrada in that sense.
  8. That's very American of you.
  9. Against Souza, you're right.
  10. Two against Dickerson.
  11. It's the 3rd game of the season bro.
  12. He has a career walk rate of 9.2% over nearly 2000 MLB PA, that's more indicative of future OBP. Of course he'll need to be healthy and actually hit to prove to be an adequate leadoff hitter, but the argument is over Pillar and his 4% walk rate. Martin would likely be better than both anyways.
  13. I'll agree with this, however his regression is inevitable.
  14. BigCecil has infinitely more swag than that guy.
  15. I'm not acting like a high intellect character at all, but I find that you acting like you have Smyly figured out after one inning of work to be pretty rich, as if he's some predictable scrub, and the guys he's facing are little leaguers.
  16. Okay, let the professional hitting coach tell the professional hitters what to look for.
  17. Or you know, another strategy might be to let the professional hitters try to figure it out.
  18. 19. Um, not to say that Stroman didn't have a good performance, but Archer was clearly much more dominant. He got 12 strikeouts againt the best lineup in baseball. His only downfall...was facing the best lineup in baseball lol.
  20. For further consideration, you're responding to the Dogg, notorious BJMB troll. He doesn't deserve a serious response.
  21. And...you know...3+ plus pitches instead of one...
  22. I agree. He used to take some awful shots when he first got a chance to play, his selection has gotten much better since. I guess we can thank Raptors 905 for helping him work on his game.
  23. I really like Norman Powell's game. Very athletic, pretty nice shooting stroke and he likes to be aggressive. Very mature, promising that a player in his first year has that kind of mentality, he's like the anti-Ross.
  24. So is Carroll officially dead? Jesus Christ.
