    Not that I valued his opinion on baseball related matters in the slightest, but I just about had the last straw with him diminishing Smoak's OBP because he essentially clogs the bases.

    I'm sure many of us were worried about his pitch to contact BS at the beginning of the season, but the strikeouts have come and he looks like the pitcher we all expected him to be. I'm very happy if this trend continues, as I know many others will be too.

    Things wrong with this post: 1. The third basemam was indeed Josh Donaldson 2. Yes, young superstar SS/3B Manny Machado would still be with the Orioles 3. Buck Showalter, even if he did idiotically wanted to show Machado "the door", has no such power, since he's a f***ing manager. If he had any such intentions he would promptly be shown his retirement papers which would all be showcased as him "wanting to be closer to his family" for the media. 4. Who the f*** says third sacker?

    Did anyone even care about Desmond's reaction to his go-ahead homerun? Because in the end that's what this is all about, a bat flip preceeded by a team s***ing the bed. Didn't see anyone from our dugout take offense to what Desmond did, rightfully so IMO, but Texas still goes out and has to take retaliation.

    Well changeups are supposed to have break lol. It moved down and in to Desmond, 91 mph, which is why I think it was the offspeed.

    It was one passed ball, after a horrible misplay from Carrera and Saunders to get Rua all the way to third base, if Pillar was playing that was an out.

    Personally, I'm way more pissed off/appalled that Bobby f***ing Wilson hit a grandslam over Drew Stubbs, a once okay (league average-ish) hitter with pretty decent pop. This game is on Estrada losing it in the 2nd inning, not on Gavin Floyd making a single mistake pitch to OF JP Arencibia.
