  1. Hey, Paredes made a play that the majority of 2B should make!
  2. They could like, stay on the base, you know?
  3. Pillar isn't getting many fastballs regardless because he swings at everything.
  4. Let's just say you should probably delete your account before this game ends.
  5. Nice AB from Tulo despite the egregious 1-0 take. He's starting to square the ball up with greater consistency.
  6. He's almost certainly playing injured.
  7. At least EE would get to the ball, throwing was his biggest issue.
  8. I wonder if other fans lose their minds when hitters swing through Marco Estrada's fastball. I know fans on this board do with similar pitchers.
  9. It's May 18th...the team is playing like garbage right now but there's a lot of season left lol.
  10. You say this a lot, I can assure you I'm quite calm if not a bit frustrated that Pillar couldn't cash in there.
  11. I'm sorry, how many Red Sox games do you watch exactly? If you can show me some numbers to prove what you're saying, then I will side with you. I'm pretty sure Ortiz isn't sacrificing power at any time, but whatever.
  12. That ball was drilled, very unfortunate but at least Tim Beckham f***ed up.
  13. Yeah, they have such huge blindspots that Bautista and EE are 4th and 15th respectively in hitting since 2010. Looks like the league has really figured them out.
  14. David Ortiz pulls the ball a lot more than Saunders. The former goes oppo 18.3% of the time to the latter's 25%. Also lol @ criticizing a hitter for not being like David Ortiz.
  15. Tyron Lue is not an attractive man.
  16. Lol Lebron is having a jolly good time out there.
  17. Don't really agree with that fragrant call there.
  18. This is a much different team than the one against Brooklyn and the one against Washington. And yeah, I'd say a top two finish, best record in franchise history, the emergence of JV, and a conference final finish is plenty to be satisfied with. I'm not blindsided by homerism to know that this current team isn't a championship contender like the tier of teams that GD posted, as we lack that absolute superstar and/or exceptional coaching that all of those teams have in common.
  19. I see where the other posters who complained about too much whining are coming from now. This is a good team, but it's not the best team. There's room for improvement, the franchise is in a really good position as it stands.
  20. I disagree, the Raptors with Lowry playing like himself are better.
