  1. It should be noted that they have both SWR and Kay as 50 grade prospects. Just saying. Granted, they're far more lenient with throwing 50s than many other prospect publications. Aggressive ranking of Manoah.
  2. There's video on his Instagram and live pitching and he can throw 92-95 from the mound as well, so it's no mirage.
  3. Jo Adell was promoted to AAA. He's 20 years and 3 months old.
  4. Nate Pearson was mic'd up for the Futures game and it's interesting to hear him talk briefly about his stuff and how he went to the driveline guys to improve his pitches.
  5. Yes? Max Muncy is by no means a bad defender.
  6. Biggio was most certainly drafted by this front office group. I'll give the previous regime the credit for drafting Danny Jansen, but it's rather interesting that he only started being a good asset in 2017, when the current FO was firmly in charge of player development. Come on bro, at least do your research if you're going to call someone out.
  7. Law reached back for something extra with a perfectly located 97 on the high outside corner and he got screwed by the ump.
  8. That was the most upset I've ever seen Teoscar. Tate isn't making himself any friends in our dugout.
  9. Man being handed an 0-2 count in a blowout game where you didn't expect to come in is not the best situation to make your debut in.
  10. That's f***ing brutal, fouled right to his jaw/mouth.
  11. I remember us acquiring Adam in the offseason from the Royals and liking the strikeout numbers. I literally had never heard of Buddy Boshers before though.
  12. Please, no more growing for Vladdy.
  13. 113.6 mph off the bat. This kid is a god damn monster.
  14. The Vladimal has been unleashed.
  15. Fisher doesn't have prospect eligibility. He'd probably be a 40/40+ depending on preference.
  16. He's in A+ and advanced as a pitcher. If he's as good as the Jays believe him to be he'll be at worst in A+ all of 2020, AA for 2021 and cup of coffee in 2022. I don't think 2021 is out of the question if he's truly a top talent but that would be unlikely to expect.
  17. Did you just say that Cal Stevenson has more upside than Derek Fisher? Wat
  18. Wow, the Mets were ready to flip Stroman for Florial and Deivi Garcia? You don't say! I bet they were also ready to accept a Syndergaard for Cody Bellinger deal! Those Mets sure are ready.
  19. I feel like you're underrating Greinke a bit here. This is a good get for the D-Backs for sure, but Greinke is still an excellent pitcher and they're acquiring an incredible amount of risk. That's a pitcher currently recovering from Tommy John, a DH headed to the NL (although Beer absolutely rakes), another pitcher with great stuff and bad command, and a depth infielder who to his credit has hit at every level. Greinke could out-WAR this entire group over the next 3-4 years, and the Astros will have him for 2.5 seasons + the postseason.
  20. This strategy on the part of the Royals to continue to throw out poor starters into the 8th inning, 4th time through the order is uh, certainly a bold strategy.
  21. It's Kyle Johnston. https://www.fangraphs.com/statss.aspx?playerid=sa3004571&position=P
  22. Carter Kieboom here we go!
  23. The Cubs' literal rental of Martin Maldonado is over. They're sending him back to Houston for Tony Kemp who was DFA'd.
