  1. The Dodgers' big leaguers are showing why the idea of putting recently drafted players along with the MLB squad is a terrible idea.
  2. I use YouTube all the time. I understand that's what gets clicks on the sites and more likely for the recommender algorithm to show it to other people. Doesn't mean I like it or the practice.
  3. Why not just say it like it was? Jose Bautista was a journeyman, replacement level player, whatever else you want to describe his prior futility. Clickbait titles are so stupid and have in the past made me not want to watch a potentially well made video as a result.
  4. Well he's not Japanese so I don't see the relevance in this question to the video you're replying to.
  5. Only 5 innings are being televised. The rest is probably more of a live BP which we won't get to see.
  6. What the hell was that throw from Caleb Joseph? Jeez.
  7. Ryu as well. Yeah, the only downside with the top of our rotation is injury risk across the board.
  8. Well at least not all of our starters are hot garbage. Solid inning for Shoe.
  9. I think velocity readings are more at the discretion of the team and broadcast if anything. Surely Dunedin has their own stadium gun.
  10. I think you're probably the first person to notice there's been no sign of Drury lol.
  11. Are you sure we're gonna have velocity readings? If we didn't get them for a number of ST games I have a feeling we're not gonna see it for this one.
  12. Obviously an unreal catch, but I think the real story here is: what on earth was Cron swinging at? Impressive he was able to drive the ball that far.
  13. He somehow looks younger than he did 2 years ago. Did he lose weight? He wasn't exactly a body builder before lol.
  14. To be fair, isn't that essentially what happened to Bauer? Not to say that Bauer is beloved by all now but I'd say he was seen as a lost cause by the Diamondbacks, probably the Indians as well to a certain extent until he just got good enough to ignore whoever he was making mad on the coaching staff, FO or whatever. From his videos it seems like he didn't have a very good relationship with Francona, but from his short stint with the Reds he seems to be more accepted. Puig, for the record, was an absolute fan favourite both on the Dodgers and the Reds.
  15. Pat is an enabler for Buck, just brings out the dinosaur in him. It doesn't help that he also adds literally nothing to any conversation or play.
  16. This is a big win for us. Shulman and Buck are a much better duo, thanks to the former not being a bumbling idiot like Pat.
  17. Lol good luck throwing a raw 17 year old whose only in-game experience has come against other kids into the second highest level of the minors after spending a year dicking around with elite grown adults. Can't see that backfiring at all.
  18. Well other than taking a couple of extra steps with the ball I don't really see the big issue with his technique, it's not gonna get the out the majority of the time but most plays in the hole from the outfield grass also aren't.
  19. Would you have preferred he went full Jeter with it?
  20. Do it once more and click on the large green panel to get rid of it.
  21. It's not that hard Vlad. Tell him Luis.
