  1. What the f*** does being a man of faith have to do with anything lmao.
  2. Good riddance. He's a curmudgeonly old man who probably agrees with the unwritten rule BS that the Rangers whined about.
  3. Craig Kimbrel, for the first time in a while, looked unhittable. All it took was a bit of fastball command and he just lets his filthy stuff do the rest of the work.
  4. Pache in LF lol.
  5. Is that a Chris Smoove reference?
  6. He just broke an unwritten rule! My feelings are hurt.
  7. I know it's still a save opportunity or whatever, but with a relatively comfortable lead against an awful team I would have liked seeing Merryweather make his debut here, and save Dolis for a high leverage situation tomorrow if we believe he's a high leverage guy. Also would have been fine with Hatch finishing the game since he was cruising.
  8. Dwight Smith Jr. is just a disaster of a player.
  9. Yeah but the ball was in the air long enough that I think that someone in average shape at least has to attempt going to second. Hell Shaw took a riskier gamble yesterday on a single to RF and he still almost made it. I'm being nitpicky, I loved everything about the swing, just venting frustration.
  10. 24 Randal Grichuk Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim[Compensation 3] Outfielder Lamar Consolidated High School (TX) 25 Mike Trout Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim[Compensation 4] Outfielder Millville Senior High School (NJ) It was never in doubt.
  11. That's another part where his conditioning really hurts that much more. Last season or ST Vlad could have gotten to second there, so he limits his own production by being out of shape. Nice swing though. That's back to back line drives to the outfield.
  12. You can clearly see why the Angels picked Grichuk ahead of Trout now. The prophecies foretold it.
  13. Well at least he makes up for it a bit with that throw but man our defense continues to be brutal.
  14. It's not often you feel comfortable with 2nd and 3rd no outs from the first two hitters of the game, with Roark throwing junk and missing all over, but if there's a team that can surely mess that up in a variety of ways it's the Orioles.
  15. Rio Ruiz gets a 3-0 green light, misses a fastball down the middle, takes a hittable fastball, misses another fastball down the middle for the K. It's gonna be hard to top such elite tanking tactics.
  16. This is advanced tanking from the Orioles.
  17. Ah yes, baseless accusations.
  18. Lmao, imagine watching this start and coming away thinking that Nate had his command in check, let alone this last inning where he didn't hit his spot once.
  19. Holy f*** Drury there's one thing you're supposed to well and you can't even do that when we need it? FFS that was an out.
  20. His command was good? Are you f***ing kidding me? You cannot actually be serious.
  21. I don't understand why it's so hard for you guys to understand that he has zero command of the fastball. He got cold after the long inning and was missing all over the place again, so he goes to the breaking ball which he has a bit more feel for. He was becoming visibly frustrated with his fastball misses and threw one as slow as 93 in order to get one in for a strike, and still missed. Pearson throwing fastballs all over the place at 93-94 isn't going to help his development.
  22. You can tell his arm is cold again. Came out missing with the fastball just like in the first inning and throwing 95-96. The long inning was a double-edged sword.
