Hes pretty much an average/fringey pitcher right now, with a track record of success in the majors(given that he is pretty much average). But I still think that's currently better than Boyd who is a command/control pitcher with iffy stuff, who has gotten destroyed most of the time above A ball. Cmon your smarter to actually think Boyd = Jenkins right now, its clearly Boyd < Jenkins, with a future of Boyd >>>> Jenkins defintely

While 99% of this forum now agrees that Sanchez is a terrible starter, Matt Boyd is probably not much better. He is still below Estrada, Hendriks, Santana, Jenkins on my depth chart

Hoffman had an absurdly low strikeout rate in college. I don't think he will move as fast as everyone else thinks he will.

I still think that the Jays will pick up Shaun Marcum and go with him as 5th starter for a bit.. Cleveland called him up today.. 95% he is gonna get dfa'ed tonight though, hes just an extra bullpen arm for now
