    I don't think Melky should be anywhere near the top...The guy has an OPS under .700 and is struggling hard lately. 5th is perfect for him. Ideally we'd have Lind batting 2nd, Edwin 3rd, and JB cleaning up. Imagine the possibilities!

    Oh...my...God....how stupid is this guy? So JP isn't allowed to get excited about a clutch defensive play but O'Day is? Calling the first innings lucky? That's called small ball and good pitching bro. "O'Day, O'Day"? You sure they weren't yelling "Jose", you product of a failed abortion? I've never trolled in my life but this retard kinda makes me want to do it. There seems to be a negative correlation between IQ level and crime rate in the city of Baltimore.

    I agree with you on Perez, but 10IP/10K/0ER is sexy af and it's hard to just DFA a guy who has been contributing like that. Just DFA Bonifacio already. The guy contributes absolutely nothing. He's a light hitting free swinger who would take a hack at a ball thrown to the dugout if he thought he could get it, and his defense is a heart attack waiting to happen (as of late he's done better at 2B, but regardless). About the only thing valuable about him that others don't have is that he can play middle infield and outfield, but SO f***ING WHAT. We already have a 4th OF with speed, and if Melky ends up being sent down, then we'll have another speedster (Gose). This definitely won't happen because of his salary, but I'm just sayin...Boni's a real boner kill for this team.

    The best thing about all their "theories" about our team is that they can be directly pointed right back at them. IE: the Jays are lucky (see 2012 Orioles), JB and Edwin are on something because of their turnaround (see Chris Davis), etc.

    I don't think anything's gonna happen. Buck Showalter said after the game he's seeing it as just two competitive players jawing at each other, one getting the best of the other and vice versa in both appearances. If something happens tomorrow, I doubt it's gonna be at their manager's discretion. We shall see.

    I live in California, and trust me, the media attention in the US surrounding baseball in general is pretty feeble, let alone the Jays. Still, now that the NBA finals is over we might see the attention shifted back to baseball. Today's sportscenter did have the Jays the top story behind the Aaron Hernandez fiasco, but it was nothing more than highlights and a quick mention of how we've extended the streak to 10 and are no longer horseshit in the cellar of the AL East. I think it's gonna take a victory or two against some of the bigger names (ie Yanks/Red Sox) to really get it going.

    This weekend is gonna be too intense. Tampa vs. NY, us and against the O's, BoSox against Detroit. The standings are definitely gonna be impacted come Sunday night.

    I'm still trying to figure out how we've been batting JPA 5th in this lineup for so long. 14.4 K/BB ratio and sub .700 OPS, are you s***ing me? Thank god for the 12 HR, imagine what his OPS would look like without them. I understand Gibby wants to do the whole R/L/R/L thing with the lineup, but Rasmus really needs to be hitting before JP.

    In his first 4 starts in June last year, he threw 34.1 IP and had 43 K's while allowing zero ER. 3 of those games were complete games. (When healthy) Josh Johnson is notoriously good in June as well. Maybe these guys keep us in there or get us back on track until Jose Reyes returns at the end of the month/beginning of July?
