  1. I'm loving Dan already! He seems to be "at one" with the strike zone.
  2. Hopefully it's a minor pull and might be available if needed but if you're going to pull something better right before the break.
  3. Did Kawi just hit himself in the head with the bat? lol "I knew that was a bad pitch to swing at!" WHACK!
  4. Hopefully it was just him rolling an ankle or jamming it just enough to cause a little annoyance and he figured, especially with his injury history and learning the hard way, take himself out to rest it rather than chance it? At least that's what I'm going with for now. Precautionary. He'll wrap it up and ice it and be ready to go worse case after the AS break.
  5. He might be a big addition if he finds his groove. He's come back looking good thus far. Could be another steal like Francisco. Well, if Francisco works on a few things he could be better.
  6. Not a bad idea. He knows how to pitch better than most. Good point about the harder throwers. Worse case he might be able to be a private pitching coach going around coaching guys who aren't hard throwers who might not normally get too much of a look in high school, college and such. I'd imagine even if a guy can throw 95+ being able to learn how to take speed off it, locate it better, move locations up, down, in, out, fool the batter, works quickly between pitches would still be valuable.
  7. lol any and everyone can lose the ball in that pinball machine of a stadium!
  8. Someone needs to put it in Navarro's head that the pitch is a Big Mac. He'd lead the league in homers in no time.
  9. Reyes says: "you're going to do that again? I'm ready!" Too bad it stayed in the air that long or we might have tied it.
  10. No sooner did he say Francisco picked up the majority of his strike outs on high FB and hard breaking balls out of the zone, down he goes on the pitch out of the zone. Work on your eye, Juan!
  11. He didn't even flinch at some of those close pitches. Great eye and patient as can be
