I personally doubt he would sign for 1 mil+. IIRC, last year's highest bonus after Rd 10 was a touch over 400k for Ryan Borucki (not sure if it's just blue jays or all baseball). I'd say he sign for less than 1 Mil if not much less. It's just because it is super difficult to squeeze slot money in the current system.

Dont hold your breath. TJ seems inevitable for Osuna (you never know and blue jays never get a break), but good he is still young.

Thinking of a new lineup that gets arencibia out of 4 spot while also maintaining left right left right: Melky Bautista Lind EE Colby DH JPA Boni Kawasaki I think this is better as Lind is OBP guy and EE can drive him in.

TBH, I m completely for this. a punishment of this degree would be a good reminder to those juicers, identified or not, and hopefully will be the first step to ridding PED out of baseball. -
um, would you consider calling up L Jimenez up in case of a Lind Trade at deadline. His stats in Buf is fapworthy

I agree right now may not be the time to convert him back to starter, but I do hope that, down the line, he will have a chance to start again ala CJ Wilson.

Haven't heard much regarding trading for those competitive picks. Wondering what value GM's place on those. Have to think they are approximately equivalent to compensatory picks, would it mean a minor league (Sanchez, Norris) worthy of a compensatory pick being traded? That seems to be a lot to offer.
