Frazier going not past Red Sox goes without saying. And I think Meadows>Mcguire in prospect terms. What is up with diminishing the argument of McGuire is really a defensive catcher. Haven't heard that line in a while.

I don't think this will have a direct effect on Jays, meaning I don't think Jays would take him at 10 anyway (maybe because he would become a signability concern ala Appel last year). But teams ahead of Jays would, more or less, less likely prefer to pick him depending on each team's take on the issue. If so, that means which ever prospect that was supposed to go at 10 would probably be at 9 now. So I'd say disadvantageous for the Jays, but every team is affected.

So according to Keith Law, Jonathan Gray's just been tested positive for banned substance (adderall).

I think meadows ball and frazier are in 1 tier of hs prospects and there's the others (crawford, smith, mcguire etc). here s really hoping one of ball or meadows fall to us.

well, here is my take on Smith. He's been said to have good hit tools, but you know what we heard about Dwight Smith Jr before draft. Sure he is an alright prospect now, but he would not make a 10th overall. If they do draft smith, that is for saving some slot money for later picks.

I m wondering, why isn't Neil Wagner being called up. I mean if Mickey Story/Thad Weber, who I presume were not initially on the 40man roster, why wouldn't they call up Neil. Apparently he's got 3 digit heat and is current buffalo's closer.

really like 3 lefties: Blake Taylor, Stephen Gonsalves and AJ Puk. Good build and delivery. Used to be particularly high on Gonsalves, but was slightly turned off by his swinging his arms behind his back in his wind up.

Dont think this is posted but according to some no name on twitter: After Daniel Norris walked the leadoff hitter, he picked him off and struck out the next 4 batters, hitting 97-98 on the gun. #Lugnuts desperately trying to not put the bust label on him. BTW, is there a reason why aaron sanchez is removed in 3rd inning?
