    If that's their training, then their training needs to be changed. ZERO justification in an attack like that on someone posing no danger to anyone.

    A bit? Dude was literally kneeling, and not remotely a danger to anyone. Nothing about that situation merited an assault of that magnitude. I hope that first guy, at least, is fired and charged.

    Bell may have been an MVP, but my recollection was that he was pretty Lourdsian out there...

    I was shocked that Chappy was the only one to even attempt a steal. I thought that 3-2, 1 out count with KK on 2nd and Bo on 1st would have been an absolute no-brainer (at least Vladdy beat out the double play, but still...)

    Man, this is a major oversight... That's always so fun!

    It really only solved an incredibly rare issue. The vast, vast majority of games are finished within 9 innings, and 15+ inning games are INCREDIBLY rare. Just seemed like a solution in search of a problem more than anything.

    I think the pitch clock should be a part of every professional baseball game going forward, and I will have no problem if game 7 of the World Series ends on a violation (it wouldn't be my preference, but I would be fine with it). That said, I still f***ing hate the ghostrunner rule.
