I don't care how he acts on camera, and I don't know what goes on behind closed doors. The dude did literally fight two of his players before though, so he strikes me as the kinda guy who can get a bit tough if need be.
I've never really understood the fan mentality of wanting the coaches/manages/GMs to say "well, this s*** right here just plain sucks and I'm going to bust some heads." Their job is not to make us feel good, it's to put together a team and run the team well. If they're not doing that job well, then complain, but when they say "we think we've got a great team" to Bob f***ing McCown, that's pretty much what I expect them to say.
