    This doesn't feel like an advantage to me... I use Discord daily, but like... it really isn't a replacement for the forum in any real way. Everything would get buried too quickly.

    As someone who can (and does) read deleted posts, this is false. There are basically equal deletions of pro and anti vaccine comments. Our goal is not to silence one side, it's to keep discussions baseball related. I've deleted posts with which I have agreed, and the other mods presumably have as well, because they were likely to derail threads. Hell, other mods have deleted posts that I have made that were (arguably) over the line. I try to moderate as little as possible, because I enjoy a healthy debate and love when the board is active, but history has shown that you vile f***s cannot be trusted 100% of the time!

    It's gotta be one of those things, because it's a thoroughly stupid decision. There comes a point where you just have more money than you could ever possibly need, and every day that he hasn't accepted that offer is a day that he might suffer a career ending injury and wind up with nothing.

    Well, Espinal was really good at the start of the season when he was more or less in a platoon, and once he got in there full time he started regressing again, so it's arguable that maybe he should be a part time guy, but his glove is so good that his bat will play.

    He really hasn't had a proper off season (nobody has), hopefully w/ no pandemic and no labour dispute he'll be able to work at the new facility to get his s*** going next year.
