No your not likely going to compete next year so what is the point of getting someone who might only be a 3-5 starter for one year compared to a prospect that might be able to produce for years.
I don't think you need to keep them together at all.... Bo has been very hot and cold this year and i think that he is going to see more high level arms AA as AAA is more journeyman starters. I don't think chemistry means s*** when your working on trying to improve someones bat, each situation should be looked at differently and i think Bo is best suited in AA. Only my opinion though.
I don't believe that this would affect Pillar though. Think about the 2 playoff teams he was apart of and how much "protection" was on them and we really was not much better. his OPS was below .700 in 2016 which is terrible and .713 in 2015 which still is not great. So right now my be the peak that you are going to get from him now because nothing f***s you more then time and his play might accelerate that due to the punishment from his body. The way i see it right now you might as well deal him because he is on the brink of being a 4th outfielder type.
I think if you were to make a go of it you would have to keep it very Blue Jays involved. Not a lot of maple leaf fans are not likely going to want to listen to a podcast that is half else were in the MLB.
I don't think so.... Maybe if jets get up but Preds have been trapping the last 3 games and having success with it. I think you will see 3-1 or 2-1 type game. If it is high scoring then i feel the jets win. If its low scoring then i say preds win.
Definitely. Jets are going to have to figure out a different game plan especially on the power play because all they are doing is lining up 4 guys on their blue line and not letting them free wheel like they are so good at doing and then they look completely lost.
As a Jets fan its nice to know what playoff hockey feels like but my god this is stressful lol. I would say the preds have the advantage but judging by the series neither team can do anything with home ice advantage so i can't say. Preds have the experience from last year which i think gives them the slight edge against a young jets team with not experience when it comes to this kind of thing.
