    Brandon Morrow would be up there. He looked awesome but his arm could not stay intact

    I am the biggest Gurriel detractor so i always think my view points are skewed a bit. But LF is generally a position where you put your defensive liability but at least you get a monster bat in your lineup. He can't even do that. He has no value as a DH.... Maybe a first baseman but thats about it. i see this as a Moreno Varsho trade with LGJ sprinkled in to make it look better.

    The thing that i think of immediately is that Gurriel had no value. He is a sub .800ops hitter whose is BRUTAL at defense. Most teams that put a slug in LF but he usually has value as a big hitter. Gurriel has none of that..... He is not a big loss at all. Moreno Hurts because thats who i saw as my #1 catcher but with Kirk and Jansen he was expendable and we are still set up really well behind the plate.

    People thinking another SP i don't think that is going to happen because i think 3months in it will be Tiedemann if he is cruising in AAA
