If we make the Wild Card game there is no way Alex is going anywhere. The city will be in a buzz and fair weather fans will be praising him and it would be bad publicity to can him.

Just be like me a f***ing pray that MRIs come back negative and we can move the f*** on. However I am nervous lol. Only thing I can think of is that we still have a good lineup with a black hole in the 8-9 spots. However it is not very comforting.

Only good thing you can take from this start is that he is getting a lot of ground balls. He just has to STOP WALKING PEOPLE. Seems to be a theme from this ST from our starters except Hutch

Exactly I got no issue about the pitchers they select because they have some good ones come through the system just don't trade them off so early. Its the way they select fielders. Snider was the last decent one come through our organization and that seems so long ago now. Time for a different approach there.

+1. The guy got stuck with a overrated team that was made of glass. The guy is great with bullpen management which is in my opinion the most important part. He is a good manager and the unfortunate thing is if things don't go well he will be the sacrificial lamb because of AAs rotation that he stuck him with.

We more or less be left with the same team we have now less 14.3 million. I think the right decision was made regarding JJ even though his talent is better than most on the staff. The guy just can't Dodge injury -

Really right now what it is for him is command. Everyone knows he has good stuff he just could not keep it in the zone last season. If he can find the strike zone this year he will be a very interesting piece going forward. Everyone knows that this season is going to be a tell tale sign of what we have.

Still walking a few still needs to work on command but needless to say he looks like he can be a good ground ball pitchers with swing and miss stuff. If he can keep it around the zone kid will be pretty good.
