I don't think the O's are going to be the team to hurt him though. It is a team of free swingers and i think that is the kind of team you want Sanchez to face. He is going to have more problems with patient hitting teams. -

Just seeing if anyone is going south of the boarder and where to see the Jays play this season... I ask this as i am heading to Minneapolis in May to watch the Jays and Twins and just seeing if anyone else is booking trips to other ball parks.

True he was throwing a lot of balls and had a lot of deep counts and was missing up a lot. The thing with hutch is i don't think i seen 1 straight pitch which helps him out a lot.

I don't think that is stuff was bad it was that The Jays laying off the lower pitches and when the ball came up they did not miss. And i agree with what NJH said he never tried to get anything up in the zone if he was that concerned about his fastball or what.

Nobody will know until likely August.... Everyone heals differently some slower some quicker. It is not out the question to maybe see him in Sept but he could be feeling it till December. -
The only thing i am thinking is that Pillar has been ripping the cover off the ball most of spring and yesterday. If he continues this i don't think it is as simple as saying your our 4th outfielder now and not give him steady at bats. If Pompey is up he should be playing everyday or you could risk hurting his development and Saunders is somewhat of an unknown at this point with injury troubles. He has been a steady hitter all the way through the minors and i don't think it is that unlikely that after only 150ish PAs against big league pitching he is starting to figure it out. I just don't think it is as cut and dry as appointing him the 4th outfielder if he keeps having good At Bats and playing Solid D.

Actually just looking at the weather network it looks likes Wednesdays game has a better chance at being rained out than Thursdays. I say this because Thursdays game is the first game i will get to watch live this season lol

I know that this is a very hypothetical question but could be realistic. IF Pillar continues his excellent play from what he was doing in Spring Training and this game for the next 2 weeks and Saunders is ready to come back, do you play Saunders at DH just thinking that Pillar may have better range in the outfield????
