  1. Took my 3 grandsons and it was a life-changing event for them....or so it seemed. Would do it again with a huge smile. But yes, if just me, yes Amazon.
  2. Went to game 2 for Vladdie bobblehead and got in line about 4pm and the lines were long at that time. From Gate 12, the lineup went up the stairs, down about 150' down Blue Jay Way. We were at the 150' mark and we got the bobbleheads.
  3. Land in London May 10 till early June.
  4. Welcome aboard....we're heading to the UK for the month of May and hope to take in some Footie and hopefully rugby matches there.
  5. set a reminder on your cell phone...thats what we do
  6. I've bought tix of him the last cpl seasons and the seats are fantastic.
  7. Watching the game and seeing the social areas, I know where I want to go if I have no interest in actually watching the game.
  8. Would be great if there was another Jays MiLB team in Southern Ontario again...London, Kitchener-Waterloo or St Catherines again.
  9. Oh...Im totally heartbroken...Bwahhh
  10. Got Rogers Ignite about a month ago and started to explore all what was offered under "sports". Found and watched a great documentary on Willie Mays last night. Very highly recommend it!
  11. Glad that all the rain we got over night wasn't snow. Would have about 2 feet of snow here in Kitchener.
  12. Dont disagree but it may have some affect on his routine....at this early stage of his career let him concentrate on pitching.
  13. Lets hope this is Alex's last game using the pitch comm to call his pitches.
  14. Looks like KK brought some of his last inning magic with him to the Jays. Here's hoping no one else on the Rays has any left and the "curse" is no longer applicable from now on.
  15. Worked till 66 and loved what I did as an architectural designer. Just the crazy hours and increasing stress got to me. Talking with others in the industry, it's a common issue. Thank you
  16. simply cannot overstate the benefits of being retired!
  17. I think thats an alternative.
  18. From the good old days without domed stadiums. IMHO, eliminate that day off and add it to somewhere else in the schedule when it's more needed for rest. Hell, I would add a doubleheader in the first series of the season and the first one after the allstar break since players are well rested at this time, this would allow a cpl more rest days for the players. I would also allow teams to add a cpl more pitchers for the next five games after a double header so not to burn out a staff.
  19. if we think the umps dont get calls right now an oval makes it that much more worse IMHO.
  20. The Jays must be a pretty good team if there really isnt true shortcomings and we're discussing the merits of the 26th man. Personally speaking I wish the rules would allow the 26th man to be a pitcher and not a cheerleader on the bench.
  21. Well looks like Jay Jackson signed with the Jays
  22. My suggestion: The Big Cajones!
  23. Last year he looked like an Ace, inning by inning if even that! Much better in the bullpen role in which may have carried over into this season.
  24. If Berrios cant show something against this lineup.....................................
  25. Madness is correct!
