Our bullpen has not as horrible as it seems. They just seem to blow up in high leverage situations making them seem worse then they actually are. In terms of actual performance so far the Jays pen ranks 14th in FIP (3.81). Predictive stats like SIERA and xFIP say they should be better going forward (xFIP 3.70 - 9th in baseball) and SIERA 3.30- - 8th in baseball). Also getting Loup, ect back is only going to help. The bullpen should be fine going forward if used properly.
