  1. Nailed it! Have you ever worked as a GM before or are you an amateur prognosticator?
  2. Hopefully without derailing this thread completely... Is there any realistic possibility the FO can convince Doc to come back and pitch for the second half of the season? How do you think he'd do/would it be worth it? In my eyes, even after slowing down in his last couple years he's going to be as good/better than any 5th starter we're going to have. In important games down the stretch of the season, his experience and consistency would be very valuable. Just a thought.
  3. Posts like these are why the internet was invented. AHAHAHAHAHA
  4. Apparently Diaz is the leader in a new advanced-statistical category called Z-Aid. As per Sabremetrics, Z-Aid is the formulaic expression of being a s*** f***ing hitter in the minors and god-like hitting in the majors. s*** f***ing hitter in MiLB _______________________ = High Z-Aid Hitting god in MLB s*** f***ing hitter in MiLB ______________________ = Low Z-Aid s*** f***ing hitter in MLB Hitting God in MiLB _____________________ = JPA Syndrome s*** f***ing hitter in MLB
  5. Why sing anthems and fly any flags then? On a side note, I agree the news is fantastic and it's about damn time.
  6. I think that as soon as he reaches "rock bottom" there's a chance that he wakes up and works his ass off to try and make it back. Sadly, I don't think he's reached rock bottom even yet. He needs to realize that pouting about being a major leaguer and where he belongs is useless and the only way is to prove it. My guess is that it happens this offseason or after they shut him down with some phantom injury and give him some time to think and work on himself. I'd give it a year before we start to see some improvement.
  7. Dude, stop. I had trouble reading half the s*** you wrote because of all the spelling and grammatical errors that clearly denote your age. You're in no position to critique anyone's knowledge of anything. Give up the e-hero escapades for everyone's sake and focus on learning the game (foul ball) and posting meaningful stuff. Good luck soldier.
  8. Matt Devlin needs to do Jays baseball full-time whenever the Raps aren't playing.
