    Lind 1b, Edwin E5 3b, Cabrera stays in LF. Lawrie to 2b taking Bonis spot. Assuming Lawrie can play 2nd which is actually assuming a lot so you are probably right. We will most likely lose one of those guys. It'll be interesting to see the lineups tonight.

    Agreed. Feeling really good about this one with Dickey vs Garcia. If Jenkins can have some of that magic going again for 5, should walk away with the next two. Go Jays Go. As Babbaganoush said, great name ps, top 6 is going to have to carry us, and I would even narrow that down to the top 4. Lind is going to be a beast today.

    Yan Gomes would be a decent back up catcher, nothing more. He's a dime a dozen.

    Is it just me or does Boni toss the ball to the SS at 2nd base way too often when going for a double play. When you are close to the bag, I get it. But when you are between 2nd and 1st and get a ground ball, wouldn't I don't know, a throw be more efficient?

    Melky is the guy I am really looking forward to seeing at the end of the year. +.300BA is definitely attainable. Something that the Jays have lacked since.. I don't even know when.

    I see the Blue Jays winning 2 out of 3. Tough to think MB is going to beat Kuroda, Morrow vs Phelps should be a win for the Jays and it's time for Dickey to become this teams true ace as he out duels CC in a close game. Of course would want nothing more than a sweep, but 2 out of 3 is moving in the right direction. Go Jays.

    I think that is probably the quickest way for a young player to turn on his manager. Managers are there to protect their players, as the article states. He knew what he was doing when he put Valdespin in the game as a pinch hitter in a to be honest no win situation. Don't blame him for throwing a fit when he got back to the dugout. There are a lot of "what ifs" that could have happened that could have caused serious damage. I don't see the point in "teaching him a lesson" if he is on your team. There are other ways to teach lessons, like simply talking to the guy.
