Is he that hard throwing though? In the futures game he was topping out at about 91 with an effortful delivery. I wouldn't be too worried about a team taking a low-A pitcher with control problems. Maybe someone like Atlanta would pick him but I don't think he's a good enough prospect to be that worried about losing. Should've traded him at the deadline for someone and skipped on the Scott Feldman trade.
