    Navarro is terrible. That is the easiest ball in the world to block. Get on your knees, glove to the ground and lean forward. No lateral movement needed by the catcher or spin on the ball.

    ...and the All-Star break a few days away. It's baseball, not ditch digging. Eddy could have DH'd and all he'd have done all day is swung the bat 6 times and jogged at 50% as per usual. In my world that is considered a day off.

    Maybe I'm weird but I don't mind it. After being forced to listen to Buck and Tabby repeat the same s*** over and over, game in and out, the lack of pointless banter and statistics is nice.
