    McGowan is needed in the pen . Yes he is way better than Happ IMO but the pen is in bad shape and Mcgowan can really help out there.

    Blame AA . Gibbons has wanted McGowan in the bull pen all year . AA is calling all the roster moves, he is getting as bad as JPR.

    Actually the way pitching injuries are happening I can see an increase to a 26 man roster coming.

    Looks like Wagner,s arm is already done. When you have two starters barely getting thru 4 and you don't seem to want to use the long guys BP arms tend to fall apart . The fact that Rogers and Redmond weren't pitching well and Gibby wouldn't use them is part of the issue. Gibby hasn't done a good job using the BP but he has been saddled with underperforming ********

    Sucks for me too . He was my 2nd starter behind Darvish after losing Parker and Sanchez to injury . I thought I had a good rotation with Darvish, Parker, Sanchez, Perez,and Richards. Now 3 are on the DL. I was in 3rd till Perez started hurting even with the losses now it is quickly down to 5th and dropping.

    LOL The Rays lose 3 of their starters and yet they are still only 5 games below 500. Plus because they have been winning they haven't had high draft picks . This may be a down year for them so they will get a boatload for Price and be right back in it next year .

    Every team does this, Minny is the worst. They will wait a week before DLing a guy. The main problem with this roster is the 8 man BP cause we have two starters who are averaging 4 innings a start. Pretty obvious to Gibby and everyone else that McGowan is needed in the pen and not succeeding in the rotation. Only guy who can't see that is AA. Wagner has a dead arm issue from the 47 pitch issue, Delabar and Cecil aren't lock down anymore and Loup is hit or miss. This BP really needs McGowan. Get a guy in there to start that can at least go 5 and get McGowan in the pen where he value is best utilized.

    We need two starters and McGowan in the pen . Gibby has wanted McGowan in the pen all year and he is right . If we are going to lose we might as well be developing the Kids and having a better bull pen. The pen has lost a lot of games that with McGowan there might have been saved.

    The cards draft well for sure but where they kick everyone else,s ASS is in development . The jays have a terrible record for development IMO . AA,s loyalty to people who obviously haven't performed just pisses me off.

    His last year in College plus his stint in the AFL so he has plenty of experience as a reliever. He hasn't pitched well
