  1. Perkins. I was flip-flopping back and forth between Burton and Smith. CatsAss is up.
  2. Same here. I have a top 5 and K-Rod was one of them. I'm curious to see if my next pick is one of the five you were eyeing.
  3. I was referring to the nights where Jim Henderson needs rest after recording back-to-back-to-back saves. Don't worry, Henderson is a surefire lock for 50+ saves in 2014.
  4. I'm sure we'll see serious regression from last year, but he should be a solid holds option. It's not too far-fetched to predict some save opportunities from him either.
  5. KK is on the clock, followed by NJH, Realmin, and me.
  6. He's almost a lock for 20+ holds and solid ratios.
  7. This will not be the last time you hear about Dominic Dune/Dunne. This is becoming a meme.
  8. Holy s***. I just assumed it was a double post or multi post in the span of a minute. I actually laughed out loud when I saw there was a 15 minute gap between the two.
  9. I think Spanky had some sort of dream/blackout where his mind invented an elite sleeper prospect named Dominic Dune. He then woke up and immediately rushed to his computer to draft him before his window expired.
  10. I'm still pissed about Wilson. I really wanted him and I was expecting him to be there at 40.
  11. I have 20 names left on my watch list, but it's very likely 15 of those get taken in the next 20 picks.
  12. f*** Wilson was my boy. I took Storen but I'm on my phone so if someone can confirm he's still available.
  13. I'll be able to check at 7 PM, and 11:30 PM. Sorry if there's any delay on my part.
  14. Dammit jaysfever! Jeets would have been a nice fit on my team (though I doubt he would have made it to 40 anyway). Havok is on the clock.
  15. Picture that antagonizing wait, then add 10 picks more of wait time, and that's my life. I have no one to blame but myself though. I traded my first rounder knowing I would have to then wait 40 picks.
  16. Imagine King was in this waiver draft?
  17. IMO worst case scenario, a rebuilding team takes a flier on him for a late pick.
  18. Fun Fact: In 60 IP last season, Jarred Cosart had a higher BB/9 (5.25) than K/9 (4.95); yet he stilled finished with a 1.95 ERA. This stat was brought to you by xFIP.
  19. Wdf I wasn't even aware of this. I have all 4 separate apps. I gatta get this mixed one.
  20. It's great. I'm checking my phone on every break at work to see if it's my turn.
  21. Way too much hype in the title. If it was a normal title, I would have had a more positive reaction to the tweet. The tweet itself was okay, but I built up unreachable expectations in my head before clicking this thread.
  22. I'm very close to experiencing this for the first time. I still might end up dealing Castellanos before I promote him though.
  23. This is always my strategy in fantasy. However, it's even more effective in 10-12 team leagues where there's usually some kind of value on waivers.
  24. Without a doubt that is the best strategy. Any young prospect will always be overvalued in our league.
  25. In all honesty, a big part of the creation came from a strong June draft. Turning Sonny Gray and Tyler Glasnow into instant profit was huge. I've personally revamped my entire strategy around this gameplan. I probably won't take a single 2014 draftee in the next June Draft. All players that are less than two years away.
