People can start whenever and the first pick you make counts as your cut-off for drops, with the drop dead of EOD Friday? People more involved can decide if that's fair.

I don't imagine we are looking to change our process at the bottom of the draft as this sort of thing was discussed when the rules were clarified (not too long ago). I think its mainly playoff tanking we are discussing ATM.
