yeah, but he'll be good insurance vs Singleton. Probably won't be a bad option as a DH with a rebound year. Still sucks tho.

Getting Wil Myers makes my gambling on the Taveras for Russell trade much less nerve-racking. It sucked seeing Tanaka try to whole re-hab thing in season I was never going to compete.

Luckily, you could probably count the people in the stands fairly quickly to get a more accurate number.

Shoe killed it for me, but I was very wary of his history. The guy hasn't had a FIP of less than 3.94 any of his MiLB seasons. The K rates also seem a little inexplicable. I hope he does well for you (and I do like him better than Chacin) btw, can't you all just laugh at people's moves offline like I do!

I've always liked Saunders a lot for some reason (not even the Canadian one), so I'm all for it. I would LOVE to get Ackley from them for the simple reason that they have hurt his value casting him as a LF. He can be an above average 2B and I think the bat comes around.

Honestly, its NHL players. They probably ARE gunning for the Habs (or Leafs). They are big game because of the history of the teams. Didn't hear the interview, but it doesn't sound that dumb to me. Its dumb that players would gun for a team that hasn't won s*** since 93 (or MUCH longer in the case of the Leafs)... but its probably true.

was anyone else drafting on Yahoo tonight? Yahoo crashed (or at least for everyone in my draft) and cost ~3 rounds. I was the commish and called the draft after a couple rounds of missed picks. The intention was to pick up at the first missed pick. (almost) everyone made it back into the draft, and it was not a popular decision to cancel. I didn't want to flip-flop my position (especially not knowing who managed to get back in and who had made (or not made) a decision based on my previous declaration). I've never been in a position like that as a Commish. Curious to hear the thoughts of other fantasy vets.

it might be worthwhile setting the sheet up with a =countif formula for each pick and player then conditional format it to change colour if a player or pick appears on the sheet more than once. It would be fairly easy to do and would prevent issues like this from being discovered long after whatever deal moved that asset.
