So is Aaron Hicks possibly good? He's been raking since he came back up and I don't know what to do with him at the end of the year.
He's been on and off good in the minors and has decent K:BB numbers and some speed.
At this point I figure you call up Pompey and be happy with the defense. Kids been hitting well since he was sent to AA anyway, so he might not be a total black-hole
Like Reyes is a pillar of health. Its a costs savings for the next 2 years. Always risky paying players into their mid-30's, but I like this risk (plus can always move him off short later)
Looking to deal;
Joe Mauer
Jon Schoop
Aaron Hicks or Delino DeShields
Pedro Strop
Best offer for (like a pick);
Ike Davis
Ender Inciarte
Mike Foltynewicz
Possibly looking to deal (ie not desperate to move)
Andrew Miller
Francisco Rodriguez
I told myself if Danny Hultzen didn't pitch for an extended period this year I would drop his ass... here we are and I'm still having second thoughts on dropping him.
wtf is wrong with me!
Someone who know more about it than me, what kind of sample size do you need to determine if someone outperforming their DIPs is legit? Cueto has been 5 years running by a decent margin.
Back-to-back 10K performances by Jose De Leon. Do I hope the Dodgers trade him for an established guy (quicker path to the majors for him) or not (don't really want him going to CIN or PHI)?
