I'm with you KK... well not the best shape of my life part. More the stubbornly pushing through the hangover, not getting enough sleep, and behind horrified at the thought of uttering 'maybe 5 years ago' when someone suggests doing something fun (even if its immature).

Happy BD Dinger. As a 30-year old this year myself, I can tell you that you have an important choice in your life now. 1) Be that annoying 30-year old guy who still acts like he is in his twenties 2) Be that annoying 30-year old guy who embraces that he is old and starts complaining about how sore he is, how he can't stay up late, etc etc the choice is yours!

So I benched my goalies for the weekend. SG had 3 potential start. One Lou, Two Berra. I was up a bunch of saves and thought 'no way Berra starts both games'. Well he pitched a SO in his first game, and is now starting again. f*** That being said, Price's start yesterday (1GA, .950 SV%) would have actually hurt my ratios, and SG is uber close considering how good my goalies have been this week. Me: 6W, .83 GAA, 172 SV's, .972 SV%, 3 SHO's SG: 3W, 1.31 GAA, 167 SV's, .960 SV%, 1 SHO (Berra to start today) That could be one of the combined goalies performances of the year when its all said and done

I was impressed by his D early in the series. That's the kind of inning that is going to haunt him for a loooooong time.

Not facing Kuechel twice in the series is the difference to me. Better to play the Royals, nobody on that pitching staff scares me (Cueto normally, but not lately).

to be fair, he had the 2nd highest WAR for a CF in the AL-East this year didn't he? Its all defense, but he did provide a lot of value.

Did it really take the playoffs for anyone to realize this? The guy has never been able to hit, from A-ball to the majors. Great guy to have on the bench (although he has to learn how to f***ing bunt), but Travis should be the starter.

yeah, I usually get that option, but it just kept going straight in and saying the feed wasn't available. Either way, its working now.

wasn't exactly a high skill goal by Petan, but you have to be in the right spot to get it. I loved seeing him an Ehlers out there. I love the youth out there in a less high-pressure roles. Get those two on the same line
